The University of Arizona Fine Arts project is a multi-phased, comprehensive masterplan that brings together the College of Fine Arts—encompassing the School of Art, School of Theatre, Film & Television, and School of Music—into the larger University of Arizona campus framework.

The vision for the College of Fine Arts is divided into three distinct projects, each addressing the specific needs of the individual schools. The first project focuses on the School of Art, involving a multi-phased renovation and the addition of a new entry to an existing 1950s building. The second project is the Marroney Theatre, designed to function both as a performance and screening venue, while also serving as a state-of-the-art teaching facility throughout the academic year. This project includes the renovation of the existing theater, along with a carefully integrated addition to support future program growth. The third project, the Arts Oasis, offers a visionary design for a dynamic outdoor space that connects and enhances the surrounding College of Fine Arts programs.
